Delivery times
- Within Türkiye: 3 business days
- International: 5–10 business days
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, counted from the day your order is confirmed.
Shipping cost
Shipping costs 10% of the order total. There is no free-shipping threshold. After your order is confirmed, the shipping charge appears on the order in your account (My Orders) and is paid separately.
Carriers
We ship with the cargo and courier companies operating in Türkiye, including national cargo carriers, PTT and international express couriers, choosing the one that suits your destination and order size.
International orders
We ship worldwide. Import duties, taxes and customs fees in the destination country are not included and are paid by the recipient.
Delays
If a delivery is going to be late, we will contact you with a revised date.
